We truly pray you love your Jesus My Rock Co. apparel. Because each item is made to order especially for you, our return policy is designed to protect both our customers and our small business.

Size Exchanges (14 Days)

We are happy to offer size exchanges only within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a size exchange:

Item must be unworn
Item must be unwashed
Tags must remain attached
Item must be in original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges.

At this time, we do not offer refunds for sizing issues.

Returns for Preference

Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds due to:

Change of mind
Style preference
Color preference
Ordering the wrong item

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (30 Days)

If your item arrives:

Clear photos of the issue

If the issue is verified, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund. We will cover shipping costs for approved damaged or incorrect item claims. We truly apologize for missing the mark!
