What materials are your products made from?

We use premium, high-quality materials, including 100% cotton and cotton-blend fabrics that are soft, comfortable, and durable. All of our designs are hand-pressed with care.

Do your items run true to size?

All of our apparel is thoughtfully designed for comfort and versatility. Most customers find our items run true to size.

Adult styles feature a relaxed unisex fit and are available in sizes Small through 3XL. Youth unisex sizes range from Small to XL for kids and teens, and toddler and baby sizes are available from 3M to 5T—so everyone can find their perfect fit.

How do I care for my Jesus My Rock apparel?

To keep your apparel looking its best, we recommend washing inside out in cold water with like colors. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. Avoid ironing directly over the design to preserve its quality and longevity.

Are your designs faith-based?

Yes! Every design is created with purpose and made to reflect a bold and authentic relationship with Jesus. Jesus My Rock is more than a brand — it’s a movement to help believers wear their faith boldly, stand firm on God’s truth, and spark conversations that point to Christ.

Where are your products manufactured?

We source high-quality blanks and transfers from trusted suppliers, including local print shops and established U.S. distributors. We thoughtfully select our partners to ensure every product meets our standards of quality, comfort, and value.

Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Because each item is made to order, please allow 5–10 business days for processing and production before shipment. Orders begin processing 24 hours after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

How long does shipping take once it ships?

Once your order has shipped, standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. Expanding internationally is something we’re prayerfully working toward as we grow. Thank you for your patience and support!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey right to your door.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Since all items are made-to-order, you can cancel or make changes within 24 hours of placing your order, before production begins. After that, we aren’t able to modify orders, but we’ll always do our best to help!

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re sincerely sorry if we missed the mark! Please contact us at info@jesusmyrockco.com with photos of the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because each item is made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

- Change of mind
- Style preference
- Color preference
- Ordering the wrong item (We can assist with an exchange)
- Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout (please double-check before ordering)

Can I exchange my item for a different size?

Yes! We’re happy to help with size exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange. Since each item is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, but we’ll do our best to assist you with a size swap.

Are any purchases final sale?

Because each item is made-to-order, all purchases are final sale unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. We’re happy to assist with size exchanges or to resolve any issues with damaged/incorrect items, but we cannot accept returns for change of mind, style, color, or ordering the wrong item.
